PROFILE

Before launching his private practice, Martin Joyal was Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of a small cap industrial company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange, as well as Director-Legal Affairs and Assistant Secretary of a leading Canadian media company listed on the TSX Exchange. Prior to that, he was a partner in a major law firm in Montreal, where he specialized in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. 

With big law firm background and business experience, Mtre Joyal provides sophisticated but cost-effective and pragmatic legal counsel to selected regular corporate clients. He often serves as a de facto in-house counsel, working with clients to achieve their legal and business objectives.
